Capturing Buildings Rooms and Things in St. Anthony
One of our assignments in the fashion photoshoot my class and I did in St. Anthony was taking pictures of buildings rooms and things. I like how some of this pictures turned out. Capturing buildings rooms and things is something that you can control pretty well. A building is not going to move so you have the chance of trying different things with lighting. I did light painting when capturing the stairwells of this building for example. One of the things I have learned is that when capturing rooms, you will want a wide angle lens. The reason is because you want to show all the room and not just one section. When taking pictures of things i like to think more on the concept that I want to portray with that picture. I think that buildings rooms and things photography needs to convey a message and be interesting. Castle Beatty is a really cool website to look at examples of buildings rooms and things photography.
